Recommendations:
Before changing to Advanced Coolant DS110, the machines, circuits, pumps and tanks must be scrupulously cleaned.
The cutting oil concentration must be regularly checked with a manual refractometer.

We recommend to use a mixer in order to assure an homogeneous mixture of the coolant (due to anti foaming agents)
To maintain the properties of the emulsion, you should never add simply some pure water

We recommend to dilute the product at 3%. It’s compatible with soft / hard water.
